Built by a clinician who ran out of options for his own son.

eMazeBrain did not begin as a product idea. It began as a gap in a functional neurology practice where more than seventy per cent of the patients are children with autism — and where the two things most needed were the two things that did not exist: something worth giving a family for the days between visits, and a way to know whether it was being done.

Three minutes with Dr. Hirsh

Why the platform exists, what it does, and who it is for — from the clinician who designed it.

Clinical leadership

Dr. Omer Hirsh

B.Med.Sci, DC, FIBFN-CND · Co-founder and Chief Science Officer

Dr. Hirsh is a doctor of chiropractic who specialised in developmental functional neurology after his oldest son was diagnosed with autism. He has run a private practice for over a decade, in which more than seventy per cent of patients are children on the autism spectrum, and he lectures internationally on neurodevelopmental disorders. He was named Neurologist of the Year in 2018.

He is also the reason this platform speaks your language rather than a software company's. The controls are where a clinician expects them, the vocabulary is dosing rather than “engagement”, and adherence is the first column on the screen — because those were his own requirements first.

Dr. Hirsh takes demos personally for clinical practices. If you want to talk to a clinician rather than a salesperson, that is what you get.

The company

eMazeLabs

eMazeBrain is developed by eMazeLabs Ltd., founded in 2022. It was co-founded by Dr. Hirsh and Barak Aviv, a software engineer with two decades in the technology industry — a clinician who knew exactly what was missing, and an engineer who could build it.

The platform combines cognitive training methodology with game interfaces to work on brain function, motor skills and decision-making, with the explicit aim of making high-quality training accessible through an experience a child will actually engage with. It is used by providers in Israel, the United States and Australia.

What we are trying to do

Nineteen million children, and not nearly enough of you

Developmental disorders are the largest childhood health challenge of this generation. Nineteen million children in the United States alone, a shortage of roughly two hundred and thirty thousand providers to treat them, and waiting lists measured in months. Many of these children simply do not get the help they need.

We are not going to close that gap by training more clinicians fast enough. The only realistic lever is making each provider's hour reach further — into the days between appointments, and past the boundary of how far a family can reasonably drive. That is the whole design brief.

These children have enormous potential. Our job is to help the people already working with them get more of it out.

See it running against your own caseload.

Twenty minutes, screen-shared, with a clinician who treats these children every week. Bring one patient you're stuck on and we'll build the program live.
