Yes — we will set you up with a trial so you can run a real patient through the full loop before committing to anything. Current trial length and included patient numbers are confirmed on the demo, because we would rather agree something that fits your caseload than publish a number that suits ours.
Time a child spends actively training in your clinic on an office account. Your own dashboard time, program design and report review are not billed as minutes — they are covered by your provider license.
A child training at home on their own account for the month, at whatever dose you have prescribed, with all of their activity visible on your dashboard. We will confirm the exact inclusions against your intended use on the demo.
No. Onboarding and training are included, for your current staff and for anyone you hire later. Clinic turnover should not turn training into a recurring line item.
It depends on your discipline, payer mix and jurisdiction, and coverage for remote monitoring and digital therapeutic time is genuinely uneven. We provide exportable session and progress documentation suitable for a note or a superbill, and we will give you a straight answer for your situation on the demo. Many practices run it as a cash-pay component of a program instead.
