These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the eMazeBrain platform itself is governed by the separate service agreement entered into between eMazeLabs Ltd. and your organisation, which takes precedence for anything relating to the platform.

2. What this website is
This site describes the eMazeBrain platform to healthcare providers and educational professionals. It is informational. Nothing on it constitutes medical, clinical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and nothing on it forms an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment on pricing, availability or performance.
3. Not clinical advice
eMazeBrain is a training tool intended to be assigned and supervised by a licensed provider as part of a treatment plan. It does not diagnose and it is not a substitute for professional evaluation, treatment or medication. Clinical decisions about a specific child remain the responsibility of the treating clinician. 4. Pricing information
Prices shown on this site are indicative, stated in US dollars, calculated monthly, and may be updated periodically. The prices applicable to your organisation are those in your service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; interfere with the site's operation; scrape or harvest content or contact details at scale; or reproduce substantial portions of the site's content without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, software, trade marks and other materials on this site are owned by eMazeLabs Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of the product, including sharing them internally within your organisation. Any other use requires our written permission.

Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
